I. Rotary Drilling Rig

    Cause: GPS signal loss.

    Precautions: Request permanent unlocking from the manufacturer before shipment.

    Recommendation: Advise using high-quality lithium grease.

    1) If the fuel contains many impurities, an additional filter element can be installed between the fuel tank and the water separator.

    2) Replace the air filter regularly to extend the service life of the cylinder kit and the turbocharger.

    3) Let the engine idle for 3 minutes after starting and before shutting down to protect engine mechanical components.

    II. Concrete Pump Truck

    Cause: Lubrication system failure.

    Precautions:

    1) Check the engine oil level regularly.

    2) Recommend using 0Benz specified engine oil that provides good low-temperature starting performance and high-temperature viscosity protection.

    3) Change the engine oil every 500 hours.

    Suspected issues:

    1) Incomplete removal of the Adblue system.

    2) High engine coolant temperature (108°C).

    Root cause after inspection: Electronic fan clutch failure.

    Precautions:

    1) Use Mercedes-Benz original coolant (freezing point –37°C, maximum boiling point 130°C). Do not add water.

    2) Confirm that the Adblue system has been completely removed before shipment.

    Ⅲ. Truck-mounted concrete pump

    Precautions:

    1) Keep the water in the washing chamber clean to promptly detect slurry leakage from the concrete piston. This extends the service life of the delivery cylinder and piston rod seal.

    2) In summer, add water to the washing chamber; in winter, when the temperature is below 0°C, add hydraulic oil. Do not add waste engine oil.

    Ⅵ. Trailer pump

    Cause: Constant power valve of the main hydraulic pump is stuck.

    Precautions:

    1) Material buildup inside the S-pipe increases pumping pressure.
