After-sales Service

    After customers place an order, there will be a sales manger who follow up the order to let the customer know the progress of the order. After delivery, the sales manager and the operation department will follow up to the transport situation of the cargo together until the customers receive the cargo. Customers could contact our sales managers on line/by email/by phone if there are any question during installation or construction, solutions will be given within 12 hours.

    For the foundation engineering construction difficulties which can not be solved by email/phone/online, we will dispatch experts to the project site for site inspection within 48 hours.
