The power head is equipped with 3 sets of motors and reducers, providing a super output torque of 350kN.m. It is equipped with a unique and efficient lubrication system to ensure normal operation in high temperature environments; it has three functions: “standard”, “low speed large torque” and “high speed small torque”. A variety of drilling modes to meet construction requirements under various working conditions
The upper part of the mast adopts a truss-type structure, and the lower part adopts a box-type structure, which has strong bending resistance, pressure resistance and resistance absorption capabilities, ensuring the stability of the whole machine.
The double-rate pressurizing technology of the pressurized winch achieves double amplification of pressurizing and pulling-out force. The maximum pressurizing/pulling-out force reaches 280KN. It has two modes of “standard lifting” and “quick lifting” to improve the pressurizing efficiency. .
The main winch has bottom protection and priority control functions, and an optional accelerated lowering function. The uniquely designed luffing mechanism allows the operating rod to tilt backwards or forwards to a horizontal position, reducing the transport height of the entire machine and improving the drilling rig’s maneuverability.
The “MK multifunctional key cover technology” of the power head makes it easier and faster to replace drill pipes of different specifications; the key strip of the power head is removable and the symmetrical structure design doubles its service life.
