The automatic casing driver works based on the mechanical linkage structure driven by the hydraulic control system. The main working process is as follows:
Connecting the casing: The drive device is lowered to the docking position with the casing mouth, the cylinder is started to stretch, and the connection mechanism is automatically inserted into the casing slot to achieve mechanical connection.
Screwing into the casing: The power head provides positive torque and presses down at the same time, and the casing begins to rotate into the formation.
After the construction is completed, the casing is removed: the drilling rig power head is lifted, and the cylinder pulls back the connection mechanism through the reverse action to achieve automatic unlocking.
Screwing out the casing: The power head reverses, driving the casing to be screwed out of the formation, and the entire drive device is lifted up at the same time.
During the whole process, there is no need for operators to enter the surrounding area of the casing for manual operation, and all actions are completed by hydraulic and power control.

1. No need for manual connection and disassembly
In traditional casing construction, multiple construction workers are often required to assist in bolt connection or manual alignment of the bayonet, which has the disadvantages of low efficiency, large errors, and many restricted conditions.
